Live demonstrations will take place on how to prepare good healthy meals which actually taste great and also on how and when to use ancient Naturopathic Techniques to support the body.

  • A full demonstration on how you can prepare healthy food which still tastes great. Each person attending will be provided with a recipe folder to take away with them
  • Which Natural Nutrition techniques should be used to help create freedom and movement within the body in order to return health? A full demonstration will be provided showing how each technique works, when and how to do and how to read the signs your body is providing
  • Practical advice on supplementation issues
