Terms & Conditions

When registering for any of the courses supplied by The College of Natural Nutrition the following terms and conditions apply:-
  1. The student agrees to accept responsibility for the payment of their course fees whilst they are registered as a student with the college:


    1. Attendance Courses – course payments are due on all lectures (during the time the student is registered on the course) irrespective of whether they are all attended.


    2. Correspondence Courses – course payments are due on all course materials received.


  2. In the event of the student wishing to de-register themselves from the course:

    We require written confirmation stating that they wish to finish
    their studies with the college:

    1. Attendance Courses – we need to receive this confirmation at least 28 days prior to the next course date. If it is received later than this the following months course fee will still be invoiced and become due for payment.


    2. Correspondence Courses – we require this confirmation as soon as is possible.


    3. Upon receiving written confirmation a letter of acknowledgement will be sent and no further fees will be invoiced.


    4. All payments due up to the date of course cessation will need to be paid in full (or as monthly payments if agreed with the college). If any refunds are due they will be forwarded with the letter of acknowledgement.


    5. Any extra (non course fee) products purchased require full payment on ordering.


  3. Any case work undertaken should be kept confidential at all times due to the sensitive nature of the material.


  4. All course material is under copyright and is for personal use only. Any reproduction / public usage or other misuse is not allowed and will be viewed as breach of the student contract. Any extra use of the course material must have permission from the college.


  5. In the interests of updating our courses, The College of Natural Nutrition reserves the right to revise or amend any prospecti, the curriculum, the number, sequence and / or content of the courses as and when deemed necessary, without prior consultation.
