Many biochemical changes will take place in our body when stress and depression is experienced, especially when felt over a protracted period of time. Our biochemistry tries to do its best to maintain optimal functioning but will eventually weaken (if left unsupported) to the point of manifesting different diseases. The ability of the body, especially the central nervous system, to utilise and store light is especially important for stress and depression. We will explore what needs to be available via diet and techniques to optimise this function.

This seminar was hosted by Barbara Wren (College Principal) who has over 30 years experience of practising and lecturing within the nutrition field. She believes that we must change the basic conditions in our body, Body pH, Body Temperature, Hydration and Light Availability in order to return to good health. Using diet, fluids, supplementation and Natural Nutrition Techniques we can provide the body with the messages it needs to carry out all of the functions nature intended and ultimately put ourselves back in touch with natures rhythms / cycles.
