This course takes you through how the body works when in health, what is happening when things start to go wrong and gives comprehensive information on what is required to send the body the messages it needs.

This course has been produced by Barbara Wren (College Principal) who has over 30 years experience of practising and lecturing within the nutrition field. She believes that we must change the basic conditions in our body, Body pH, Body Temperature, Hydration and Light Availability in order to return to good health. Using diet, fluids, supplementation and Natural Nutrition Techniques we can provide the body with the messages it needs to carry out all of the functions nature intended and ultimately put ourselves back in touch with natures rhythms / cycles.
