Using diet, fluids, supplementation and Natural Nutrition Techniques we can provide the body with the messages it needs to carry out all of the functions nature intended and ultimately put ourselves back in touch with natures rhythms / cycles.

Barbara herself suffered from this condition which is why she found her way into the nutritional field. She has managed to cure herself fully and is now busy passing this information on.
