• Eating and behavioural stress have become major problems in todays society. We will explore how Natural Nutrition tackles these issues, with an awareness, that humans have lost their ability to respond correctly to all of the natural cycles / rhythms which have influenced us throughout time.

This seminar was hosted by Barbara Wren (College Principal) who has over 30 years experience of practising and lecturing within the nutrition field. She believes that we must change the basic conditions in our body, Body pH, Body Temperature, Hydration and Light Availability in order to return to good health. Using diet, fluids, supplementation and Natural Nutrition Techniques we can provide the body with the messages it needs to carry out all of the functions nature intended and ultimately put ourselves back in touch with natures rhythms / cycles.
