The College of Natural Nutrition has a no quibble credit / exchange policy on any non course items sold (as long as the items are College products and are returned in condition of sale). This policy is only valid within 3 months of the invoice date. Any credit / exchanges requested after this 3 month period will be rejected unless the items are not fit for the purpose sold.

Any item sold by The College of Natural Nutrition on behalf of a third party comes under the returns policy of the third party supplier.

Any course credits / exchanges are covered under the student contract signed on registration for any of the courses supplied.

This does not effect your statutory rights.
