To maintain flexibility, this course is presented partly using attendance sessions and partly using written lectures. Attendance sessions are mainly used to discuss the Natural Nutrition module, as this module suits a workshop atmosphere where in-depth discussions can take place. The strong factual modules are best suited to written lectures and so, on attending the course, students are provided with these lectures to study in the comfort of their own home. This system ensures that students can get the most from their course as well as building up a reference library of written lectures for future use.
